Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship our products to most countries worldwide. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third-party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to delayed deliveries.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@luxitouch.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If you wish to receive your order faster, you may upgrade shipping for additional cost. Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are unable to control on our end and also, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, courier mistakes, strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges incurred. There will be no refunds given for these circumstances. If the courier failed to deliver, once proven by the tracking number the order did not complete, we will only be able to solve this with a reshipment.


IMPORTANT:

We are not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. We will not issue refunds to packages returned to the sender for any reason. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If shipping information is not entered in correctly before your item gets shipped out, we are not responsible for the lost package. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at support@luxitouch.com as soon as possible. We will not be able to give a full refund. We will, however, be able to give you a reshipment at the cost of $15 for shipping.
